About the department The department is newly established and is a part of manufacturing development in the tablet area, Oral Finished Products (OFP). The department is responsible for primary pack of tablets for clinical phase III studies as well as preparation of new packaging processes for products coming from development. The department consists of 2 teams; an operational and a process support team and we are expanding with a qualification/equipment team. We are operating a duma line and a blister line. Many exiting things are in scope for this department within the coming years, such as implementing 2 new packaging lines, moving into a new building at site Måløv and expand our responsibility to clinical pack phase I-III. All of this means that we will be working in a project-oriented way, and it will be very exciting for us to succeed with these big tasks and projects. The position
As qualification and equipment responsible you will: Set the direction to ensure a scientific and risk-based approach to the validation of our equipment, being the overall responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP and for the optimization of equipment performance. Participate in daily support to our current packaging line with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations and projects. Have a role in our big projects with implementing 2 new packaging lines. We are in the beginning of these projects, so you will have the opportunity to be a part of it from the beginning.
Qualifications In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. Have a bachelor or master’s degree within engineering or similar technical field Have a minimum 1 year of experience as equipment/qualification responsible Have a solid LEAN mindset Have a structured way of working Have excellent communication skills Are fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken If you have experience within the packaging it will be seen as advantage but it’s not mandatory. On a personal level, you have a positive can-do attitude and thrive in an everchanging environment. You connect easily with all organisational levels due to your excellent communication and people skills. You can quickly create an overview over possible solutions, consequences and needed compromises and you have a passion for setting structure and standards.
