The position You will become a part of the HRT Bulk Process Support team in Måløv, where you will work alongside 8 dedicated process supporters to ensure the stability of Novo Nordisk’s Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) tablet production. In this role, your primary focus it to support the tablet production to ensure that production is stable and efficient. Furthermore, you will be co-responsible for one of HRT Bulks sub-processes. The main tasks will be to:
  • Being present in the production, solving emerging challenges on the production line, deviation management and carry out change requests.
  • Work on the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) structure to ensure that instructions and procedures fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures.
  • Build and maintain a high level of quality, where we use LEAN tools to ensure that we systematically solve our problems with a lasting and well-thought solution.
    • You will have a versatile working day with a different type of tasks with both short- and long-term deadlines. In the job, you will have a wide range of stakeholders and therefore good collaboration skills and a positive mindset are essential for the position. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A relevant academic background e.g., engineer, pharmacist, chemist, or similar scientific / technical education.
  • Experience from a GMP-regulated production environment is an advantage.
  • Danish and English communication skills are a must.

About the department OFP bulk production consists of approx. 115 dedicated employees in two areas; HRT bulk tablet Production and Rybelsus bulk tablet production. The vacant position as Process support is part of the HRT process support team, where we focus on production for the market and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area.
