If yes, look no further and apply for this life-changing position today!The positionIn this multi-faceted role, you will be involved in managing and leading product- and process-related DP projects in collaboration with experienced DP Project Managers. Your tasks will include:
  • Driving complex cross-functional projects in close collaboration with our experienced DP Project Managers, production sites, and experts within product, process, and technical equipment.
  • Maintaining portfolio overview for DP projects you are responsible for across DP MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) & QC.
  • Oversee and participate in all disciplines of project management including developing business cases, defining scope of projects/tasks, risk management, stakeholder management, and effective communication to leadership to facilitate the right decisions and prioritisation.
  • Drive and participate in product and process governance groups representing the DP MSAT & QC organization.
  • QualificationsWe are looking for someone with:
  • A relevant academic background minimum at a Bachelor’s degree level in disciplines such as pharmacy, biochemistry, engineering or similar scientific/technical education.
  • At least 3 years of SME experience and knowledge of DP development and Life Cycle Management.
  • Experience from working in pharmaceutical or other similar GMP regulated industry (for example Medical Devices manufacturing).
  • Preferably, experience with and knowledge of Project Management and Lean.
  • The successful candidate will be a person who are able to build strong relation to stakeholders at all levels, have good communication skills and generally have a “let find out together”-mindset. A systematic way of working and the agility to accommodate changing priorities will also be valuable. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Danish will be advantageous.About the departmentOur department is part of Emerging Technologies (ET). It is a relatively new area at [xxxxx].
