Apply now and join our Digitalisation team in Product Supply (PS) Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology (AMSAT).The positionWe have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy and data driven candidate to join our team, AMSAT Digitalisation, to drive a wide range of projects.You will play a key role in implementing the digital transformation strategy and pro-moting a digital mindset across AMSAT. As an Advanced Digitalisation Professional you will help initiate, develop, and implement digital solutions to optimise processes within AMSAT. You will proactively identify better practices and create improvement projects through e.g., Business Intelligence and Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from across the organisation to help identify manual, paper-based or complex processes and digitalising them to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality.Key responsibilities:Improve business processes through the development and deployment of Pow-erPlatform solutions (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate Flows). Design, map, and document existing and future business processes for seam-less integration with PowerPlatform solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objec-tives and strategies. Oversee the integration of new digital solutions into existing systems and pro-cesses. Work closely with various departments to ensure successful implementation of digital projects. Monitor and evaluate new digital trends and technologies to identify potential business opportunities. As a person, you are motivated by differentiation in your daily tasks as you will have your hands on many different projects. You will be part of a team currently consisting of 10 skilled and professional employees. This gives you great opportunity to influence our way of working both within the team and with our stakeholders.QualificationsTo be a successful candidate, you:Have a master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Business Intelligence, Da-ta Analytics or Power Platform Development. Experience with change management to ensure smooth transitions within the organization. Strong analytical skills. Experienced in MS Office (Excel and Power Point). Experienced in Alteryx/Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent Busi-ness Intelligence tools. Proficient in presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner. Are fluent in written and spoken English. On a personal level you are a skilled problem solver who always seek new ways of working. You’ll also be the type of person who is curious and driven to achieve first class results and – of course – you are organised and structured with high quality standards and the ability to spot opportunities for optimisations. You can work inde-pendently and manage tasks and projects autonomously and provide excellent sup-port to your stakeholders.About the departmentAMSAT supports the Aseptic Manufacturing sites across the world by creating innova-tive improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
