We are searching for a Assurance & Advisory Officer – ISAE 3402 Lead
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our Assurance & Advisory team. The team is in charge of ensuring robust control environments across , supporting both internal and external assurance activities, and driving compliance with ISAE 3402 standards.
The ISAE 3402 Lead role offers a unique opportunity to own and run one of ’s most critical assurance processes. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team working across business lines, with a strong focus on control validation and advisory.
At , we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Anders Stengel Ziegenhagen.

Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Own and lead the annual ISAE 3402 declaration and quarterly updates (40%)
- Coordinate across business lines to ensure timely and accurate input for assurance deliverables (20%)
- Execute independent second line control validations and support control owners (20%)
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and documentation quality (10%)
- Contribute to the development and refinement of ’s control frameworks and methodologies (10%)
To succeed you will have:
- A strong track record of managing ISAE 3402 or similar assurance declarations
- Experience in internal controls, risk management, and compliance
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- A curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others
- Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken)
- Relevant education in finance, auditing, or risk management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
It’s nice-to-have:
- Experience in financial services or IT assurance
- Familiarity with ISO 27002 or similar control frameworks
- Danish language skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
