We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join the Scandinavian IT department at Trescal. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all or part of the company's information system, including systems and network infrastructure. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and evolution of the information system while optimizing performance and security and complying with the Group's IT policies and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure physical and virtual servers
- Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the information system
- Analyze technical solutions (systems/network/security)
- Integrate technical solutions (systems/network/security) considering the infrastructure policies and with the support of the IT department
- Monitor the information system and its security
- Identify and resolve infrastructure and user problems (level 2/3)
- Ensure the reporting and documentation of its activity
Specific Knowledge:
- Systems: Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 + Windows 8/10/11, GNU/Linux Debian, Apache, Tomcat, WildFly
- Databases: SQL Server 2012 R2/2014/2017
- Collaborative tool: Office 365
- Network: Good knowledge of LAN, WAN (IPSec, MPLS, VRF, VPLS…) firewall, phone solution
- Miscellaneous: Knowledge of Veeam backup system, Virtualization (VMware vSphere 6 and 7), Project management
- Language: Fluent in English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus.
