Student Assistant in the Oticon Global Training & Sales Enablement Team

Then you may be our new Student Assistant on the Global Training team.

About the job



You will be part of the Global Training team within the Commercial Operation’s Function consisting of thirteen dedicated colleagues. The team plays a key role in driving our business forward by delivering dedicated state-of-the-art training solutions. This ensures that the [xxxxx] Hearing Group organizations globally maintain a high knowledge level with regards to products, technologies, audiology and fitting systems which enable them to meet our customers and sell [xxxxx] solutions in a professional and highly skilled manner.

You will be working closely together with a team of experienced international trainers and digital learning experts to support our deliveries to our markets.

Some of your tasks will include:



  • Regulatory administration incl. quiz distribution, follow-up, tracking and reporting
  • Webinar preparation and support – follow up on Q&As
  • Assisting with video production including subtitles and editing
  • Content administration and upload on various digital platforms
  • LMS admin and maintenance Including content upload and learning plans
  • Managing regulatory quizzes and training records, presenting survey results, creating newsletters, and organizing training webinars
  • Occasional office tasks


Your background and personal competencies



You have at least a couple of years left of your Bachelor or candidate within Marketing, Project Management, Audiology or Engineering and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing. We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. In addition, you have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. To achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:

  • Analytical mindset
  • Good at communicating complex issues
  • Have a service minded attitude
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Can work independently and proactively
  • Speak and write English fluently

We expect you to work +16 hours per week and are of course flexible in exam periods
