As a Digital Activation Specialist at , you will play an essential role in our team, contributing to the execution of exciting digital marketing campaigns while supporting our global sales companies and stakeholders. You will become part of a skilled and versatile Demand Generation team, helping to elevate digital impact across our global hearing aid brands.
This role is designed to be flexible — you will have the opportunity to shape the focus of your responsibilities, whether you're more inclined towards strategic planning and advising or prefer a practical, executional role. Depending on your skills and the team’s evolving needs, you may find yourself leading high-level strategy or diving into the details of campaign execution. This position is offered as a 12-month maternity leave cover.

Your Role:
In this role, you will work on the following areas:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. You should be able to enhance awareness and engagement aligned with business and regional goals, ensuring your strategies deliver measurable results.
- Strategic Advising & Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with digital activation priorities. Ability to advise on strategic decisions and guide digital processes for market-specific needs.
- Targeting & Optimization: Ability to influence targeting strategies and optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Process Development & Optimization: Contribute to the refinement of digital activation frameworks and create scalable solutions for improving operational efficiency across markets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Ability to track and report campaign performance, delivering actionable insights that inform ongoing strategy. Balance strategic analysis with executional insights to ensure campaigns drive performance.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members and share knowledge across teams. Promoting a culture of learning and encouraging continuous improvements.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee Digital Campaigns: Be responsible for executing campaigns and partnering with external agencies to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Your role will involve managing the daily aspects of campaign execution.
- Influence Targeting & Optimization: Continuously optimize targeting strategies and campaign performance using data and insights from across the team.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and ensuring team growth. Act as a mentor to help junior staff members enhance their skills.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with brand, content, and demand generation teams to co-develop impactful activation concepts. Ensure alignment with marketing objectives and execute strategies effectively.
- Manage Digital Marketing Tools: Oversee the usage of key digital platforms, such as Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, ensuring they are utilized effectively to enhance campaign performance and streamline workflows.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with external agencies and leading campaign strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Experienced in budget management, including tracking spending and implementing cost-saving measures for optimal performance.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and how they directly translate into business impact.

Furthermore you:
- Have a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Have solid experience in digital marketing strategy, particularly in multi-market or global environments.
- Are proficient in platforms such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Are skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage and align across teams.
- Are a team player who thrives in an international environment and is motivated to share knowledge and collaborate.
