As a Business Architect for one of the Clinical Development areas: Trial Planning and Execution, Regulatory and Safety, and Data Science, you will:
• Understand, analyze, and document key business processes and capabilities, identifying improvement opportunities and technology requirements for digital transformation.
• Develop and maintain the domain-specific architecture blueprint, including the process hierarchy, business capability maps, value streams, and process flows.
• Co-create as-is and to be application landscapes and roadmaps with Business Architect VP, DD&IT Development Architect VP, DD&IT Dev Architects, and Digital Product Teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting digital strategies and translating business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Guide digital initiative teams to ensure technology solutions align with IT architecture and contribute to early consultancy for digital initiatives.
• Interact directly with the leadership teams on the business and IT sides, partner with VP-level stakeholders to shape strategic directionYour new department

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
• 6+ years in senior Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep domain knowledge of Life Sciences industry as well as Clinical Development processes and systems in one of the key areas: Trial Planning and Execution, Regulatory and Safety, Data Science.
• Strategic planning skills.
• Solid knowledge of relevant IT technologies and core systems within the specific domain.
• Experience with business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and associated tools
• Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities fluently navigating and communicating at all levels.
• Experience with digital transformation programs, process mapping and mining, and AI is a plus
• Experience with the Veeva platform is a plus.Work at
