We are now hiring a Nordic-speaking Solution Specialist (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) to join the team in Málaga (hybrid role). You will be part of an international group of game-changers shaping the future of cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll drive the sales cycle, develop client relationships, and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
What you will do
As a Solution Specialist, you will:
• Build and develop customer relationships and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide technical product insights tailored to customer needs.
• Contribute innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
• Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations over Teams.
• Act as a key technical contact for SMB customers in collaboration with our sales team.
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across your area of expertise.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, both for Microsoft and competitors.
What we are looking for
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Very good level of Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).
• Advanced level of English.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required). L200 certification preferred.
• Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions.
• Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Experience with cloud deployments, migrations, and adoption planning.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in technical sales or presales environments.
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master).
