Your role
You’ll drive strategic, hands-on improvements across our large pike perch facility in Gamst, DK — from concept to execution. Expect close collaboration with production, engineering, and management, and a strong focus on data, practicality, and measurable results.

Your profile
We expect that you have several years of experience in fish farming within RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems) and possess an exceptional technical understanding. You should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Your role
You’ll drive strategic, hands-on improvements across our large pike perch facility in Gamst, DK — from concept to execution. Expect close collaboration with production, engineering, and management, and a strong focus on data, practicality, and measurable results.
What you’ll work on
- Operational improvements
Identify and prioritize issues in facility setup and workflows. Evaluate technical/process challenges, propose realistic solutions, and follow through from analysis to on-site execution. - Expansion scenarios
Contribute to early-stage capacity planning: Compare scenarios and technologies, and assess technical, regulatory, and operational implications. - Production planning & software integration
Support semi-automated production planning and help integrate new production software into daily operations. - Continuous improvement (data-driven)
Use real production and environmental data — statistics, trends, and variation — to pinpoint issues and recommend adjustments based on evidence, not assumptions. - SOPs & standardization
Work with the production team to document and standardize day-to-day routines and best practices (SOPs).
