We invite you to bring your energy, passion, and proven expertise to Ramboll’s Rail Safety departments as we continue to grow and deliver transformative, innovative and value creating sustainable solutions to our clients’ most important projects. The Rambøll Railway Safety departments brings high quality assistance to all areas of the Railway industry. Our clients span all areas of the Railway market from Infrastructure Managers to Suppliers, to Railway Undertakings, to National Authorities and to Urban Developers, and we work on projects within Conventional Rail, Metro, Light Rail and Rolling Stock. You will become a part of our Rail Safety departments counting over 50 people working together and sharing knowledge across different teams. The teams are located in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK, however, we invite you to join us in one of our 34 offices around the world. To succeed in this role, you must be interested in developing the railway sector and specifically the field of Railway Safety Management on an international level. You must enjoy working in both local and international projects, collaborating with Ramboll colleagues from all over the world and build relationships to new and existing clients. Able to work in a world of technology, automation and digitalisation, and with an unwavering focus on the needs and expectations of our clients and of the Railway sector itself, you will provide a unique perspective in your area of expertise. Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. We imagine you have an engineering degree or similar experience, within electronics, systems engineering or data communication and IT, or you have experience with Safety Management, RAMS Management and/or Risk Management from Railway or other relevant industries. We are looking for newly educated candidates, candidates with a few years of experience as well as more experienced candidates. You are responsible, focused, and systematic. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Any capabilities in one other European language are a plus. You are eager to be where the action is. You have strong communication skills with the ability to project manage defined packages of work. You have a solution oriented, collaborative, and positive approach to your projects, clients and colleagues, and appreciate working in an informal working environment, where you have a considerable influence on your own working day.
