About the role
As a Graduate you will embark on a journey rotating through 2-3 departments in our project management area. You’ll gain hands-on experience equipping you with a diverse and relevant skill set to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical engineering sector. Over the two years working alongside industry professionals, you will gain comprehensive insights into the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, quality assurance, compliance, and Health and Safety Environment standards.
Supported by a structured training, leadership courses, and real-world project exposure, you will build the skills needed to work within project management. This program is perfect for ambitious graduates eager to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

- Three rotations (8 months each): Work across key departments, including Project Management, Project Quality Management, Engineering management, Construction management, Site HSE and Project controls.

- Recently graduated from a technical university with a MSc. or BSc. Degree (0-1 year of experience)
