About the role
We are looking for an experienced Reward Partner to join our HR Services, Talent Acquistion & Reward. In this role, you will be the sole expert in the field of rewards, surrounded by colleagues with broader competencies. You should thrive as the only expert in your field within the department, handling daily operational tasks while also being willing and able to run strategic projects. You will partner with the Line of Business and be our go-to person for all reward matters.

You will partner with the Line of Business and be our go-to person for all reward matters.
Location Virum Experience Minimum 4 years Department HR Services, Talent Acquisition & Reward How you might spend your days
As our Reward Partner, you’ll be:
- Driving our compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, promotions, extraordinary salary adjustments, salary benchmarking and more
- Managing our short and long-term bonus programs, ensuring KPI-follow-up and reporting, allocation of budgets, and facilitation of evaluation and pay-out
- Following up and supporting the organization on our newly redesigned career level framework and performing position level evaluations (IPE)
- Ensuring compliance and data quality regarding compensation-related data

What you bring to the role

- A relevant master’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Compensation & Benefits in a larger corporation
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Experience with Mercer’s IPE framework and salary benchmarking
