We are looking for a motivated and change-ready Digital Transformation Project Manager in Group Transformation, with the aim to secure successful delivery of the Digital & IT workstreams within key business transformation initiatives for [xxxxx].

The team

Group Transformation is a new area anchored in Digital, IT & Group Transformation, an international and engaged group of 40+ people with diverse backgrounds, both business and digital savvy.

Group Transformation focuses on enabling effective, business-driven transformation across EE. Our team of 10 works in close collaboration with the rest of the company, combining strategic transformation expertise with digital capabilities to support the business in a more integrated and cohesive way.

Our mission is to help deliver meaningful change that sticks. Whether it's shaping new programmes, driving digital initiatives, or supporting cross-functional transformation efforts, Group Transformation plays a key role in turning ambition into action.

Our team reports directly to the company CIO, and you will be reporting to the Head of Group Transformation.

How you will create impact

We offer an opportunity to take on a project and change management role in the renewables sector with great responsibility and a tangible impact on the global challenges of climate change. You will specifically take on responsibilities such as:

• Drive progress and success of projects key to scaling efficiently
• Support programme managers by taking lead in planning, orchestrating and delivering on critical IT/digital milestones
• Turn business objectives into technical requirements, and take projects all the way to successful implementation
• Act as the conduit between development, implementation and business needs
• Deliver project insights, status, risks, issues, budget, escalation and scope change management
• Proactively identify risks, inter-dependencies, bring recommendations to senior stakeholders and take ownership for developing mitigation plans
• Lead project reporting, tracking benefits and business case of transformation towards senior stakeholders
• Define standards for the implementation in collaboration with the rest of the Digital & IT teams

What we look for

You are a problem solver with a solid toolbox, always curious and ready to tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. You have hands-on experience with technology and implementation projects involving diverse stakeholder groups. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to interact seamlessly with senior stakeholders and individuals at all organizational levels.

You find exposure to stakeholders motivating and would like to support driving change and taking the company through its scale-up phase, while tackling some of the biggest issues of our time in a changing energy industry.

The ideal candidate will have a background that includes some of the following elements:

• Bachelor’s- or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or similar experience
• At least 5 years of continuous project and/or process management experience with large, complex and global projects or transformations – preferably bridging business with IT, and in unstructured environments
• Practical experience in business process mapping, working with stakeholders to document and redesign undocumented processes
• IT Infrastructure and architecture understanding. High-level grasp of systems, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture
• Comprehensive understanding of project or process management tools, e.g. Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, and/or agile frameworks
• Able to communicate complex and technical information in a simple way through e.g. compelling presentations to non-technical audiences
• A large appetite to constantly learn and grow, and a drive to create results
• A strong and empathetic team player attitude with great people skills
• An analytical/quantitative mindset and a logical approach to problem-solving
• A strong stamina and can-do attitude to achieve their goals
