We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Group Procurement Category Manager (Raw Materials) to join our Group Procurement function and help us deliver excellence across our global organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of raw materials and ingredients categories such as flavours and compounds, juice concentrates, hops, cereals, and additives.
The preferred location for this position is at our Head Office in Faxe, Denmark.

We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Group Procurement Category Manager (Raw Materials) to join our Group Procurement function and help us deliver excellence across our global organization.
A bit about the role
Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of raw materials and ingredients categories such as flavours and compounds, juice concentrates, hops, cereals, and additives.
The preferred location for this position is at our Head Office in Faxe, Denmark.
You will:
- Category Strategy: Define and execute multiyear group category strategies for the group raw materials and ingredient categories in partnership with market teams and stakeholders.
- Procurement Excellence: Drive consistency in category management, sourcing and contract management processes and embed best practices together with the market teams and stakeholders. Including optimisation of eSourcing and introduction of other digital tools for efficient cost modelling and benchmarking.
- Cost-in-use: Deliver financial and other relevant KPIs for the function and categories. Develop a multi-year efficiency initiatives pipeline in partnership with NPD and marketing leveraging cost-in-use tramlines to identify liquid, recipe and supplier optimisation opportunities.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop supplier collaboration platforms with key suppliers to access best in class innovation and deliver sustainability roadmaps.
- Collaboration: Ensure close engagement and alignment with market leaders and market procurement teams on business strategy to maintain a fit for purpose supplier network to fuel sustainable business growth.
- Externally orientated: Leverage your external radar and knowledge of the external supplier landscape, commodities, industry best practices, digitalisation and automation and EU legislative environment to proactively identify opportunities and risks.

Are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Someone who combines analytical insights with commercial instinct. You are comfortable leading change, influencing senior stakeholders, and building trusted supplier partnerships that deliver long term value.
Your background most likely includes:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (CIPS qualification or similar is a plus).
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement of raw materials or ingredients within the CPG, food, or beverage sectors.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems and commodity management.
- Proven ability in cost modeling, negotiations and financial analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A collaborative, curious, and results oriented mindset. You are comfortable driving digitalization and continuous improvement.
- Experience in risk management and supply chain resilience is an advantage.
