That is why we are now looking for an experienced and passionate Market Procurement Specialist to join our Group Procurement team in Denmark.

Working across categories such as marketing services & consumables (e.g. agencies, POS), facility management, and MRO, you will help shape how we collaborate with suppliers, optimize costs, and drive smarter solutions across the business.
A bit about the Role Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will take ownership of a broad range of procurement activities within the Danish market. You will play a key role in driving value, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting our operational and sustainability ambitions.
Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities in your new role, will include the following areas but are not limited to these.
- Spend Management & Financial Performance
You will be responsible for delivering on financial and procurement KPIs, maintaining accurate procurement data, and ensuring strong governance. You will own market reporting and contribute actively to budgeting cycles.
- Category Management & Sourcing
You will develop and execute category strategies for locally managed categories, ensuring alignment with group strategies. You will lead sourcing and negotiations to deliver on cost, service, sustainability, and innovation targets.
- Supplier Performance & Collaboration
You will drive supplier performance management across key partners, ensuring continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and progress on sustainability and circularity initiatives.
You will promote best practices and consistency across procurement processes, working closely with the broader procurement community.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
You will engage closely with local stakeholders, Group Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to identify and deliver value-creating initiatives.
You will represent procurement in key strategic initiatives, including cross-country sourcing projects and business integration activities.
Who we are looking for You are a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and have a strong command of Danish. You also see yourself thriving in a vibrant team of dedicated colleagues, all based at our HQ in Faxe, where you will be present on a daily basis.
Furthermore, we hope you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in an international or matrix organisation
- Experience from FMCG, food, or beverage industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or similar (CIPS or equivalent is a plus)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of risk management and supplier resilience
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A collaborative team player who also challenges constructively when needed
- Experience with project and change management is a plus
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and procurement tools
