If so, this is your opportunity to lead the B2B strategy and GTM activations for our iconic brands and shape the future of beauty. We are currently looking for a Nordic O+O B2B Brand Activation Manager in our Professional Products Division based in Copenhagen.
Your Mission…
As our Nordic O+O B2B Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the brand activation strategy for our B2B channels (salons & indirect) with a customer and consumer-centric approach. This is a pivotal managerial role reporting to the Nordic Brand Director, where you will lead a team and help shape our success in a dynamically changing marketplace.
Your key job accountabilities will be to:
Lead Strategic Activation & Go-To-Market: Develop and execute the B2B activation and channel strategy across the Nordics. You will activate key innovations and drive Go-To-Market plans that connect marketing and commercial strategies to deliver on business objectives. Develop & Lead Your Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of local O+O Country Activation Managers and a B2B Brand Activation Graduate, ensuring their growth and the expertise of the local marketing teams. Drive Commercial Excellence & Partnerships: Develop breakthrough sell-out concepts with salon partners to drive growth and create impactful omnichannel experiences. You will analyze campaign performance to ensure a high ROI and manage the brand’s activation on our B2B E-commerce platform, L’Oréal Partner Shop. Manage Stakeholders & Resources: Act as the voice of the markets by driving insights and managing key stakeholders across the Nordics for excellent campaign execution. You will also allocate and manage the marketing budget in close collaboration with brand and local teams. We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced leader with a commercial, results-driven mindset and a proven track record. You are a strategic thinker who excels at leading complex projects and developing people in a dynamic, matrix organization. To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
4+ years of experience from a similar role, demonstrating Activation Excellence in a B2B environment. Strong project management skills and confidence in leading complex projects, showcasing excellent Stakeholder Management in a large matrix organization. A commercial mind-set and be results-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience in Budget Management to analyze complex data and drive insights. Excellent communication skills and proven Cooperation from previous experience working cross-functionally and leading teams. A customer-centric approach to Brand Local Adaption, tailoring strategies to resonate effectively within the diverse Nordic markets. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is a strong advantage.
