As a Site Manager for Enercon wind turbine installation, you will be the on-site leader accountable for the safe,efficient, and high-quality installation, and handover of wind turbine projects. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, internalteams, clients), manage schedule, time, quality, and ensure all activities meet health & safety and contractual standards.
You will be the main point of presence on-site, driving delivery performance while protecting health, environment, and safety (HSE) standards.

The company has more than 400 employees worldwide. Besides the main office in Ringkøbing Denmark, there are offices in Germany, France, Austria, Taiwan and Japan.
You will be the main point of presence on-site, driving delivery performance while protecting health, environment, and safety (HSE) standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee all on-site installation, and handover activities for Enercon wind turbine projects
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work across internal teams, suppliers, and owner/client teams.
- Monitor progress, time, quality, and reporting; identify risks/issues and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality procedures.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety & quality briefings.
- Liaise directly with client representatives, suppliers, and internal management.
- Ensure documentation, change orders, and site records are maintained.
- Control site logistics, materials, tools, and equipment movements.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and site best practices.
- Ensure handover deliverables and acceptance criteria are metwhen handing over to operations teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanics or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing wind turbine installation projects (onshore).
- Specific experience with Enercon turbines (installation or service/maintenance).
- GWO BST modules and GWO BTTs modules (is a plus).
- Valid medical certificate.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine mechanical, electrical, control systems, and safety systems.
- Proven track record in managing site teams.
- Solid understanding of HSE standards, risk management, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions on site, and manage conflict.
- Valid EU passport and drivers license.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written); knowledge of local language (e.g. German / others) is a plus.
- Eligible to work in Europe (or applicable country).
