Maintenance and Engineering Excellence Manager

About the Role

In this strategic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global maintenance framework that promotes standardization, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring that best practices are not only defined but also consistently applied and sustained across the organization.

Working closely with local maintenance leads, you will support and coordinate efforts to meet operational goals while ensuring consistency in KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking. You will drive improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance processes, as well as guide strategic initiatives such as investment planning and technical specification development.

The position involves significant responsibility, collaboration across functions, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements and strategic initiatives in maintenance.

The position is situated in Copenhagen.

Main responsibilities

• Support and coordinate local maintenance leads in achieving operational targets
• Drive consistency in maintenance KPIs, reporting, and performance management
• Assist in the implementation and development of maintenance systems and processes
• Provide technical input on equipment reliability and performance enhancements
• Participate in investment planning and technical specifications for new equipment
• Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams on methods and best practices
• Identify and share improvements and learnings

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and technical processes in a production or industrial setting
• Proven experience from a similar role within production or an industrial setting
• Ability to work independently and lead through influence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with different levels of the organization
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
• Fluent in both Danish and English
