At dentsu Northern Europe, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 10–12 months maternity cover (depending on start date).

Key responsibility:

Your main focus is to help us proactively create and establish talent pools for volume/hard-to-fill roles. You will also drive recruitment processes from A-Z based on established processes in close partnership with various hiring managers in the Nordics.

• Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Ensure GDPR compliance.
• Work in different projects.

You will report to Suzana Petterson, TA Lead Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• +2 year of experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Sourcing skills @ LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working in a process-oriented setting in a high-paced environment.
• Excel with the responsibility of driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes along with different TA-related projects.
• Be comfortable with a lot of stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Structure is key!
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
