As part of this journey, we are looking for an ISO Certification Manager to lead and manage our enterprise-wide ISO certification programme. Key Responsibilities

As ISO Certification Manager, you will:

• Lead the ISO Certification Programme – Manage certification initiatives across the business, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and others) and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate & Prepare for Audits – Oversee certification activities, including planning, preparation, and execution of external audits.
• Primary Contact for Certification Bodies – Act as the key point of contact for auditors and certification organisations, ensuring readiness and smooth collaboration.
• Integrate Local Certifications – Identify opportunities to harmonise and integrate local certifications into a centralised programme.
• Optimise Processes & Drive Efficiencies – Streamline certification processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the use of Integrated Management Systems.
• Ensure Continuous Improvement – Monitor compliance performance, track metrics, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Report & Document – Maintain accurate records of certifications, audits, and corrective actions. Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Engage & Collaborate – Work closely with internal stakeholders across Safety & Resilience, Quality, Operational Excellence, Operations, Product, Commercial, and People teams.
• Support Training – Contribute to the development and delivery of Quality Management training.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You will bring:

• Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in ISO certification management, quality assurance, or compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple certifications and projects in multi-regional or global settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and geographies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• A background in process optimisation and cost-saving initiatives.
