You will set the operational direction for Release Management, negotiate and influence to bring alignment, make final decisions on high-risk or regulated releases, handle complex tasks, and demonstrate subject matter expertise.Moreover, you will ensure a Change & Release management framework built on industry standards including ITIL, and you will own the service window calendar.Acting as a key enabler of operational stability and compliance in a highly regulated environment, you will:Solid experience with IT release processes and ITILWith a structured and analytical mindset, you are able to combine a holistic business view with deep technical insight. You engage stakeholders and create alignment across functions, and you coach your colleagues, assuring agile and planned deliveries and releases.
