About the role
You’ll collaborate with , PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver transparent, optimised media investment outcomes. The role blends data engineering and QA, reporting, stakeholder communication, and advisory—with structured onboarding for learning and opportunities for increasing responsibility.
What you’ll do
Analytics
- Transform and validate datasets, maintain QA checks, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Monitor media cost performance across clients and markets.
- Build specialist knowledge in media pricing, buying mechanics, and audit methodologies.
To be successful: reports are trusted and timely; stakeholders rely on your numbers and insights.
Communication
- Coordinate processes and timelines, plan data deliveries, and manage expectations with internal teams, Global Investment, and external auditors.
- Explain complex setups simply and tailor communication to the audience.
- Share concise insights with investment teams, client teams, and senior stakeholders across the Nordics.
To be successful: cost performance results are communicated clearly and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
Advisory
- Advise investment and client teams on optimisation opportunities, quantifying impact and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with teams to close the loop on recommendations and report what changed.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for client teams and external auditors.
To be successful: recommendations lead to measurable improvements in cost performance and value delivery.
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years’ experience (recent graduates welcome) in analytics, marketing, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Strong numeracy and an analytical mindset; meticulous with data and comfortable with large datasets.
- Interest in data management, quality control, and process coordination.
- Clear, confident communication in English (CEFR B2+). Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
- Collaborative team player who takes ownership and delivers high-quality work.
- Excel and presentation skills; exposure to BI tools (Power BI) is a bonus.
