The Technical Support department, at our Component plant in Lem are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Technology & Operations Manufacturing NPI Quality
The Technical Support department, at our Component plant in Lem are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop spare part, establish and control safety stock
- Provide training and instructions to maintenance staff
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Make equipment improvement
- Analyzing Mean Time Between Failures
- Calculating Mean Time To Repair
- Monitoring Mean Time To Failure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both Danish and English

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently
