You’ll become part of a dynamic company where quality is at the heart of everything we do. In our Quality Department, we focus on static sealing solutions and work closely with production, engineering, and customers to deliver products that meet the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of quality-related tasks, including:
- Preparing and reviewing final quality documentation for customers
- Coordinating external inspections and approvals of components in production
- Participating in internal quality projects and initiatives
- Managing QA/QC-related activities across departments
- Handling non-conformities and customer claims
- Conducting risk assessments with relevant stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
- Maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System
- Planning and conduct internal audits, and supporting external and customer audits
- Supporting daily operations and contributing to new developments
Your profile
You are structured, proactive, and thrive under pressure without compromising on quality. You bring:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in quality management within a production environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant compliance requirements
- Experience in document control and traceability
- Auditor experience (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems (an advantage)
- Experience in the metal industry (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
