Due to an increase in our maintenance activities, Skyways Technics A/S is searching for a Quality and Safety Inspector to oversee company quality standards and promote the best quality and safety practices and cultures in our Denmark facilities. The focus will be to implement, monitor, and audit the quality and safety of our Part-145 operations in Denmark. The person will liaise with national airworthiness authorities, vendors, and customer quality departments, collaborate closely with the operational teams, and ensure Part-145 training requirements are met. The work will be located at our facility in Sonderborg (Denmark). You will work in a team with highly, qualified and motivated colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for any auditing according to regulatory requirements within EASA, FAA, and other CAA Part 145 legislation in Skyways’ maintenance facilities in Denmark:
- carry out internal audits according to audit plan and surveillance.
- carry out external/desktop audits as required.
- Manage relationships with authorities and customers as required in relation to regulatory matters
- Support internal quality & safety requests, questions, and customer questionnaires.
- Draft and review company manuals
- Securing quality and safety files under company control
- Implementation and optimization of internal standards and streamlining of processes and procedures.
- Create and implement additional quality standards for the maintenance organization in Denmark, along with the management team
- Check and verify that all Part-145 staff has initial and recurrent (2 years) trainings are complied. if not, highlight to the training manager to conduct, etc actions.
- Support/issue Company Rating Certificates as required.

Requirements:
- Be fluent in both written and oral English.
- Microsoft Office literacy.
- Tertiary education (or equivalent) in an aviation-related field.
- 3 years of working experience in Part-145 maintenance organization.
- Experience in quality control/quality assurance activities.
- Knowledge of aviation legislation (FAA, EASA, CAAM, etc.) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Completion of a lead auditor course in the area of Part 145.
Or
- Aircraft technician background, production engineer, or similar technical qualification.
- Knowledge and/or experience in quality, safety, environment, and health management.
- Preferably have previously implemented a new or higher quality standard with an advantage in Part-145 maintenance organization.

- Driver’s license /category B
