We are looking for a Security Project Manager to join our global team in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).If you are ready to take on a challenging role and make a difference by implementing and integrating security requirements across our global network of factories, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Security Project Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure the implementation of a high-security [xxxxx] standards at our newly integrated sites and well as expansion projects in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).Reporting to AME (Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering) Production Support Director, you will lead the security work package, overseeing the integration and expansion projects, and implementing [xxxxx] Security standards with high emphasis on execution efficiency.You will work as the main supporter to security champions at the newly acquired AM sites and expansion projects and as communication facilitator between other project stakeholders and [xxxxx] Corporate Security.You will also develop clear guidelines for prioritization of security gap closing and deadlines for implementation together with Global Security, as well as control and guide consultant deliverables and priorities.QualificationsTo be a successful candidate, you:
  • Have a Master's degree in business management, strategy, or project management
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in project / program management
  • Possess knowledge and insights about high security standards
  • Possess strong diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English
