You will be co-responsible for driving projects, including the daily management of the project team typically consisting of 2-5 members. You will work close with both the team and the operating partner to secure project momentum, delivery and impact to . As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will also act as sparring partner on other projects, drive department activities, such as recruiting or internal learning & development, and help shape department strategy.Our team is working on exciting and diverse strategy projects ranging from evaluating new therapeutic areas, developing digital solutions for patients, advancing our sustainability ambition to assessing potential acquisition targets. You will be exposed to different organisational units throughout in Denmark and globally, building a strong international network and developing your leadership, methodical and personal skills, guided by our project tools and methodologies. Further, we expect you to take an active role in the continuous development of the department regardless of your role and tenure.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has/is:A Master's Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and project management from a well-reputed strategy consultancy or strategy department (professional experience and interview performance will determine whether we hire you as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager) Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented While not mandatory, we strongly encourage the submission of a cover letter, explaining why you are the ideal candidate to join us.Interview process3x case interviews (including assessments of your quantitative abilities) – we highly recommend that candidates prepare for the case interviews by practicing 20+ live cases HR interview with head of Consulting Read more about Consulting at submit your application not later than February 15th 2026.
