The position As Project Coordinator, your primary focus is to oversee both new and ongoing device projects, effectively addressing their impact on the DMS Metrology and Quality Support department. Given the substantial expansion in the area, it is key that we prioritize tasks internally to meet the current demands and strategically forecast resources for the future. Some of your main tasks include: Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive overview of development projects in the New Product Introduction device area and for existing device platforms Acting as the central point of contact for various teams within the department, with a specific focus on the Metrology Laboratory and Metrology & Automation teams Skilfully identifying and managing key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all levels Effectively escalating issues and communicating a sense of urgency when required Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Hold an academic degree at the bachelor's or master’s level in a relevant field Possess practical experience in project management, preferably in the medical device area, , or another GMP-regulated industry Demonstrate adept communication and collaboration skills across all organisational levels Display proficiency in both spoken and written English As a person, you bring to the table a formidable skill set, showcasing strong capabilities in stakeholder management and strategic planning, your methodical, results-oriented approach is notable, and you excel in simplifying and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Your passion for creating structure and engaging with stakeholders, coupled with an unwavering motivation to overcome challenges fuels your success, whether you're working individually or as a valuable team member. About the department You will join DMS Device Metrology & Quality Support, where we are approx. 100 highly motivated colleagues working in six teams. Our mission is to develop and maintain quality control and test methods for manufacturing medical devices in Novo Nordisk. We ensure high-quality components at a competitive cost for our customers through cross-departmental collaboration and a focus on quality and robust processes. Within the Metrology & Automation team, comprising 10 dedicated members, our focus is on delivering impactful results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk. We are also engaged in developing and maintaining new robot solutions to meet the growing need for automated solutions in metrology.
