About the role
We are looking for a Project Plar to join our Project Planning Department and support one of our large-scale, greenfield projects in Kalundborg. The projects involves establishing new pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure, and your primary role will be to ensure structure and predictability in the design, construction and CQV phases.
As Project Plar, you will build and maintain detailed project schedules, facilitate cross-disciplinary planning workshops, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across all phases of the project lifecycle.
While some involvement in commissioning and qualification may occur, the role is primarily focused on design and construction management. You’ll work closely with project managers, construction managers, and engineering leads to deliver transparent and reliable planning input that drives execution.
Your workplace will be in Kalundborg, but you can expect to travel to our office in Virum on a regular basis.

As a Project Plar you’ll be:
- Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project for design, construction, and early commissioning phases
- Facilitating and leading schedule workshops with stakeholders across disciplines, including Engineering, Construction, Automation, IT, and the client organization
- Aligning activities, milestones, and interdependencies across all disciplines to maintain a reliable master schedule
- Performing progress tracking, S-curve reporting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and critical paths — and proactively proposing mitigation strategies
- Supporting the project team with short-term and look-ahead planning to maintain execution momentum
- Contributing to planning standards, methods, and continuous improvement within the department

The miles you’ve walked

- 5+ years of experience as a project plar in complex industrial projects
- Solid experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Experience developing integrated schedules from early design through execution and handover
- Proven ability to produce reporting outputs such as S-curves, look-aheads, and milestone tracking
- Confidence working with multiple engineering disciplines and managing stakeholder inputs
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing practice (GMP) and experience in project delivery within a compliance-driven, regulated industry (e.g. pharma, biotech, chemical, oil & gas) is an advantage
