The position is a maternity cover for aprox 11 months period.
Overall, Purpose of the Job
Drive simple, scalable, and standardized solutions for Sales & Distribution processes to support business growth and operational excellence.
Act as a proactive and dynamic business partner to Sales Teams (B2B and D2C) by analyzing, improving, and redesigning business processes, and ensuring their successful implementation across our system landscape: B2B platform (Umbraco), Shopify, and ERP System Business Central (BC).
Define and prioritize the product backlog, align development efforts with business goals, and act as the central point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams internally and externally. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, oversee implementation, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that add value. Additionally, serve as Level 2 Support for the relevant systems by managing change requests and coordinating the resolution of bugs within agreed time frames.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Sales & Distribution processes for Sales Teams (B2B & D2C), identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions.
- Act as Product Owner for sales-related systems (B2B platform, Shopify, and BC), managing and prioritizing change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide Level 2 support for Sales functions within our B2B platform and BC, resolving issues and ensuring seamless operational continuity.
- Drive implementation of changes across systems, including documentation, stakeholder alignment, testing, training, and handover to operational teams.
Main Tasks (Not Limited To)
Business Process & Documentation
- Define and document business processes for B2B and D2C Sales Teams to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
- Support in improving and redesigning Sales & Distribution processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear definitions and sign-off of business requirements by the business owner.
Change Request & Product Ownership
- Document and validate change requests from Sales Teams.
- Evaluate whether change requests require system changes or can be solved via process adjustments.
- Align change requests with senior functional stakeholders and Head of BuSO & Planning for approval and prioritization.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders on risk, benefit, and progress of change requests.
System Expertise & Level 2 Support
- Provide level 2 support for the B2B platform and BC related to sales functions.
- Apply in-depth understanding of sales-related processes to resolve minor issues and support users.
- Coordinate timely issue resolution in collaboration with internal and external support teams.
Implementation & Change Management
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for development and support teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, business validation, and stakeholder training.
- Ensure smooth transfer to daily operations with clear documentation and training materials.
Who You Are

Your Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business process optimization, ERP/PLM systems, or product ownership within Sales or Operations.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably Business Central), eCommerce platforms (Shopify), and B2B platforms (e.g., Umbraco).
- Proven track record in change request management, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with Level 2 system support, UAT coordination, and change implementation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus.
