With several complex and exciting projects in the pipeline, we are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager who can ensure end-to-end project management in close collaboration with colleagues.

Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
In close collaboration with the customer, your primary task is to lead and facilitate program projects as well as smaller maintenance projects. You will manage these so that they are delivered according to the agreed-upon criteria.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

Playing a vital role in scoping projects for new and existing clients. This is of course done in collaboration with the customer and other skilled colleagues at Novicell.

With an outside-in perspective, you will drive collaboration across the organization to develop products, which deliver measurable value and improved end-customer experiences to our customers.

As a Project Manager, you'll steer the prioritization of our client’s roadmap, securing the output is aligned with the client’s strategy, as well as with agreed milestones and deadlines towards the clients.

Structure and drive projects and tasks from initiation to successful delivery in close collaboration with the client’s and other stakeholders.

Executing projects within the agreed timeframes and budgets. The quality must be high and in accordance with the delivery method selected in collaboration with the customer.

Identify commercial potential for the customer and actively propose improvements on behalf of the client.

Overseeing the implementation of the solutions and adjusting when you meet complications and proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized.

Should be able to understand requirements, process, and systems, at a detailed level when needed, and at the same time be able to connect the work to the bigger picture.

To succeed in this, you must possess great communication and negotiation skills. You may need to educate stakeholders about the project impacts of requirements and handle project stakeholders, both internal and external, through challenges.

Taking a proactive part in performing the relationship with the customer's project sponsor and product owner.

In addition to being responsible for completing the project, you are also the customer's point of entry for all future initiatives.

Have at least 5 years of relevant experience working with project and/or program management.

You are well versed in agile project management methodology and agile processes, and we see it as a plus that you are certified in project management and/or agile software development.

It is a plus if you have domain knowledge within digitization of wholesale or manufacturing companies and are curious about the ecosystem within B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms.

Thrive within the consultancy business, and you understand how we, as a company, can help make a difference for our clients.

Have a solid methodical approach and you can translate business cases into manageable project plans and deliveries.

Be able to manage both leadership and communication tasks as well as more administrative tasks in, for example, Excel, PowerPoints and Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Big Picture etc.

It is essential that you can look at projects from both a commercial as well as a technological perspective and maintain an overview without losing focus on the important details.

You possess fluent Danish and English communications skills both written and spoken.
