As the Senior Implementation Manager, GTM you will be responsible for enabling excellence and efficiency at scale across the global sales organization. Creating, redesigning, and operationalizing best practices across all 10 GTM regions. With a deep understanding of the GTM business, you will drive large process and sales tools implementations that deliver optimization for data driven decisions.
Additionally, you will be heavily involved in key strategic projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders throughout the global organization, all supporting [xxxxx]’ strategy.

As a Senior Implementation Manager, GTM, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for leading the planning and implementation of cross-functional projects critical to unlock revenue, currently taking over a Greenfield SalesForce Project
  • Ownership over project deliverables and their impact on business metrics
  • Design and Redesign GTM processes to fit within standard tooling and identify improvements and asses required customization
  • Partner with team members and key stakeholders across the Go-to-Market organization to identify key projects that require support
  • Effectively translate business objectives into technical requirements with an automation mindset
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that ensure adherence to business objectives, in collaboration with senior management
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and engage key stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
  • Plan for and mitigate risks that threaten timely project delivery and its business impact
  • Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, from scoping to monitoring & control
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them effectively, adjusting it to different technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Good knowledge of change management processes, to effectively drive change and adoption of new behaviors across the organization
  • Exceptional resourcefulness for solving problems and making strategic decisions in uncertain situations
  • Experience with a high-growth and fast-paced company, ideally in the Software industry and SaaS.
  • Experience working closely with a Global Sales Organization and IT Delivery Organization.
  • Experience working in an International Company.
  • Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with different individuals across the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems specifically SFDC.
  • Major plus if you have done a CPQ implementation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first
  • Flexible. As the role may require travel and global presence, the right candidate must be able to travel at least 10 – 30 days a year
