We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive technical railway knowledge to enhance our team and ensure effective completion of one of the industry’s largest projects. We are a team of track engineers, project managers, safety specialists, CAD/BIM specialists and supervision specialists, working alongside our customers on some of the most significant Railway projects in Denmark.
As a consulting engineering company, we work closely with our clients to develop and deliver complex infrastructure projects. For this role, we are looking for a candidate who combines project management, the ability to create value through collaboration and leadership, and a solid technical railway background.

- Acting as a key link between technical specialists, the client organization, and external partners, using your technical insight.
- Coordinating, planning, and facilitating project progress with a keen focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Overseeing the project’s budget and managing resources efficiently.
- Applying your broad, cross-disciplinary knowledge of the railway sector to ensure effective coordination across subprojects.
- Representing the project in close collaboration with the client on a major, strategic railway initiative.

- An engineering degree or has equivalent experience within the railway sector.
- Several years of experience managing complex technical projects.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset and the ability to build trust and drive progress in client relationships.
- A broad technical understanding of railway systems – ideally across multiple disciplines.
- A concise and clear communication style, stay organized, and can respond effectively in an evolving project setting.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and written.
