With a direct reference to our Head of Electricity Systems, you will become a part of our System Service Development department which includes three teams consisting of Developers, Testers, Software Architects, Project Leads and SCRUM Masters located in our offices in Stilling, Denmark and Málaga, Spain. The department primarily handles our login solution, encryption key services and our license server/DMS. The teams work within the SCRUM framework and are a tight knit group who always help each other out when needed, and we value knowledge sharing and employee satisfaction very highly. More specifically, you will become an integral part of the Delivery team consisting of around 13 colleagues. Together the team is responsible for effective execution of roadmaps, to ensure maximum value to our customers.
A job with focus on ensuring maximum customer value
In the role as Project Lead, your main responsibility will be to Lead our software development projects in System Software and ensure transparency towards other departments. You will hereby get a highly collaborative role and the responsibility for ensuring buy-ins from different stakeholders in the organization such as Product Management, R&D, Operations, Sales, Service Hosting, Architects, and our direct customers, in order for us to deliver the best solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for prioritizing the improvements suggested by the Software and Solution Architects.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
In the job you should expect approximately 5-10 travel days a year to our colleagues in Málaga.
Personality matters
We are looking for a committed Project Lead who can use his/her in-depth experience working with Backend Developers and Architects to ensure the best customer value. Therefore, we imagine that you have a relevant background, minimum at bachelor level combined with +2 years of experience from a similar role in an R&D organizational, which has given you in in-depth knowledge and experience with software development processes including SCRUM and CI/CD.
As a person you possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relations internally as well as externally. You can manage and deal with ambiguity and have a structured and transparent approach to solving your tasks. In addition, you possess a strong drive and the ability to move things and get thing done within agreed deadline and quality. You are able to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results.
It is a requirement that you are fluent English, both written and oral.

- Coordinate the top-level roadmap with Commercial Product Management
- Establish solid requirements based on customer insight in order to set meaningful/clear targets for the delivery team
- Breakdown roadmap items into quality product backlog items and set the top-level sprint prioritization
- Ensure top quality within the product at all time
- Oversee quality dashboard and prioritize preventive actions in collaboration with Software Architects
- Schedule and approve/reject releases according to desired quality
- Responsible for ensuring that the process around the project is followed (stage gate model) and for the communication and understanding to- and between different internal and external stakeholders
