As Senior Project Manager in Software Quality, you will be part of Oticon’s strong Quality-organization and working at our headquarters in Smørum – just outside Copenhagen, Denmark. In Quality you will have more than 80 colleagues and at the site we are 1800+ people.
You will be part of our project management team for Software Quality who currently embodies 5 skilled colleagues working with a variety of software products including apps, windows applications, embedded software and cloud solutions. Ensuring a consistent high SW quality
In your role you will be responsible of ensuring that our Software products fulfil the user’s expectations as well as the regulatory requirements. Your daily work will be supported by state-of-the-art methods, equipment and laboratories. To support the business and organization globally, you can expect to travel 20 days per year.
You will project managing multiple projects ensuring high quality through monitoring and controlling during various phases and securing quality objectives for our products.
A wide portfolio of interesting and challenging tasks
Background with focus on software product quality from an international company within area of active medical devices or other regulated business company within area of active medical devices or other regulated business
Experience working with SAFe

Primary responsibilities
You will project managing multiple projects ensuring high quality through monitoring and controlling during various phases and securing quality objectives for our products.
A wide portfolio of interesting and challenging tasks
- Plan and execute activities related to the final quality of software products being developed
- Participate in milestone reviews and provide input from Quality
- Proficient stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Quality & Compliance Risk Assessment for open defects related to SW
- Communicate potential risks to projects
- Escalate potential issues to the Quality management
- Provide status reports the relevant quality and project managers
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A relevant master’s degree in engineering or business
- A Proven record of Project Management experience for product development projects within a regulated business
- Substantial knowledge in software technology and quality assurance
Background with focus on software product quality from an international company within area of active medical devices or other regulated business company within area of active medical devices or other regulated business
Experience working with SAFe
