Technical Project Coordinator – 6-Month Temporary Position (Paternity Leave Cover)
Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for problem-solving in the aviation industry? is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Sønderborg for a 6-month temporary role covering paternity leave, with the potential to extend and/or transition into a permanent role.
In this key role, you will serve as the main link between our Base Production team and our customers, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate all aspects of technical projects, working closely with internal production teams as well as external customers, OEMs, and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze work packs and provide the necessary engineering support before releasing them to production.
- Monitor daily project progress, with a specific focus on resolving engineering issues.
- Collaborate actively in identifying the best solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Lead customer meetings, presenting updates, and producing detailed reports.
- Provide engineering support to mechanics, ensuring that all work is carried out according to aircraft documentation and standards.
- Prepare quotations for customers regarding additional requests or costs that arise during main projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective engagement with customers and internal teams.
- Technical education at bachelor’s level or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven project management experience, preferably within a technical or aviation-related environment.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to balance customer requirements and project constraints.
- Structured, organized, and capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain long-term connections with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
- Solid background in the aviation industry, essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong general IT literacy.
