About the role
We are looking for a Lead Project Plar to join our Project Planning Department. Our team comprises of 40 skilled Project Plars located across India and Denmark (expect to work from both Virum and Kalundborg). We are engaged in some of the most extensive and advanced projects in 's history and strive to maintain high quality in line with our growth.
As our activities expand, predictability, agility, and customer satisfaction become increasingly important. As a Lead Project Plar, you will be crucial in managing our complex project plans and be someone who sets a standard for others to follow.

As a Lead Project Plar, you’ll be:
- Coordinate and communicate overall planning and scheduling activities on a portfolio of projects.
- Lead, support and train employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.
- Continue to build on our culture of motivation and multi-disciplinary teamwork ensuring a good and inspirational work environment that enhance the performance and well-being of your project team.
- Manage and lead the planning team and all scheduling related tasks.
- Performing role model stakeholder management in the project organization both internal and with the customer.

The miles you’ve walked

- Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in international organizations or in multi-cultural environments, preferably from pharma & biotech industries.
- 15 years of large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with EPC.
- Experience in a leadership role in a project environment including coaching and leading team members.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
