[xxxxx]r, you will be part of large project portfolio and will work closely together with our highly skilled people from different disciplines in
[xxxxx], internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. We are looking for a Lead Project Pla
[xxxxx]r to join our large greenfield projects in our portfolio.

How you might spend your days As a Lead Project Pla
[xxxxx]r, you’ll be:
- Coordinating and communicate overall planning and scheduling activities on a portfolio of projects.
- Leading, supporting and training employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.
- Continuing to build on our culture of motivation and multi-disciplinary teamwork ensuring a good and inspirational work environment that enhance the performance and well-being of your project team.
- Managing and leading the planning team and all scheduling related tasks.
- Performing role model stakeholder management in the project organization both internal and with the customer.

- Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in international organizations or in multi-cultural environments. Experience from pharma & biotech industries.
- 15 years of large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with EPCMV.
- Experience in a leadership role in a project environment including coaching and leading team members.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
