About the role We are looking for a Department Manager to head-up our process department as a maternity cover for 12 months. As a team, we are working on the disciplines associated with the design of up-stream and down-stream processes. Your contribution will be important in resource management, people development and strategically driving good engineering practice.

How you might spend your days As a Department Manager, you’ll be:
- Responsible for the daily management of approximately 28 employees
- In close collaboration with our project execution organization regarding resource management
- Working with an equivalent function with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Working in close collaboration with the management team in directive area Process Systems Intelligence
- Supporting people’s competency development to reflect current and future good engineering practice.

- You have a BSc/MSc degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
- You have a minimum of 4 years leadership as a manager experience in the life science/biotech industry
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
