Do you thrive in a central and outgoing role surrounded by competent colleagues, where together you will be responsible for the daily operations of Reception and Service Point? Are you passionate about providing the best service experience for colleagues, guests and customers? Then you might be just the person we're looking for to be our new Receptionist!
We are a team of 2 people who are responsible for, among other things:We are a team of 2 people who are responsible for, among other things:
Staffing the reception and office service points Receiving guests and visitors Handling and distributing access cards Handling mail and parcels Administrative tasks such as answering emails, data entry etc. Calendar and meeting management Handling of office supplies Various ad hoc tasks such as event coordination support Engaging with clients, vendors, and contractors to implement facility procedures and address inquiries. Collecting and filing work orders, proposals, and performance reports. Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed. Scheduling and preparing meeting rooms, including setup and catering. Handling clerical tasks, such as issuing badges and ordering supplies. Maintaining cleanliness in the reception area and common spaces, coordinating housekeeping as needed. Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Assist in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including HSE reporting and promoting a safe work environment. Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is available using company systems.
