Your mission…

We are looking for a Commercial Controller, who will act as a Business Partner for our commercial team. You will be part of a team of three commercial controllers reporting to the Nordic Commercial Finance Manager. You will take part in the continuous optimization of financial processes, with the aim of simplification and delivering quality results. This position is right for you if you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, mastering both the financial and business-oriented aspects aspiring to add value to the organization as a true business partner. Proactive collaboration with the local multifunctional team and the Nordic Finance Hub will be a key enabler of success in this role.

You will...

Act as a business partner for local management in both a strategic perspective as well as the daily operations. Contribute to the turnover planning of the business unit by advising management on best financial options. Co-pilot and challenge the trend and budget constructions down to Conso Net Sales and Gross Margin Optimize and monitor allowances and COGS – and improve overall profitability. Provide reliable financial reporting and initiate actions to be taken on the basis of this. Be in charge of monthly closing and management reporting activities within your business unit. Holding a relevant master’s degree within finance, business or auditing. Having 2-5 years of relevant experience from similar positions in controlling and/or finance. Thriving within a fast paced and dynamic working environment. A team player. Confident in challenging the business. Confident and experienced in Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
