Do you possess excellent collaborative skills, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and experience in business controlling, budgeting, and forecasting? If so, we are offering a unique opportunity for a central role within Fritz Hansen's Finance Team.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will become a part of a team consisting of 9 skilled accountants and controllers. The Finance Team holds global responsibility for accounting, payroll, financial reporting, performance management, and compliance.
In the role of Business Controller, you will have a wide range of interactions with the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting and analyses of significant business areas and financial KPIs.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for optimizing the budget and forecasting process, including the implementation of planning tools.
- Monitoring of KPIs and engaging in discussions with the business for improvements.
- Providing financial analyses for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Controlling the entire value chain, including production and inventory deviations.
- Acting as a bridge between the business and Finance.
- Developing and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Handling various ad-hoc tasks for the Group Finance Director.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have experience in business controlling for manufacturing companies, including inventory management.
- Have experience with budgeting and forecasting systems.
- Have experience with and an interest in ERP systems (Fritz Hansen uses Microsoft D365).
- Can investigate details, when necessary, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Are a team player who thrives both independently and in groups.
- Can think in terms of processes.
