As part of the headquarters, you will have the chance to join 3’s central finance team.
About the Role:
As an Associate Group Financial Controller at 3, you will gain direct experience within financial reporting, group consolidation, and process improvements. You will work closely with colleagues in HQ as well as finance teams in our international subsidiaries.This role is ideal if you have a couple of years of experience (for example, from audit, accounting, or controlling) and are now ready to take the next step into a broader finance role in a global company.You will join a dedicated and supportive HQ Finance team of 5 colleagues, reporting to the Finance Manager. The team is part of the CFO area and is known for its collaborative, international environment where learning and development are key focuses.
Key Responsibilities:You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one — we’ll support your development — but you can look forward to learning and contributing to:Performing monthly financial controlling tasks Supporting the monthly group consolidation process Preparing parts of the group’s quarterly reports and annual statements Assisting in improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Participating in external audits and ensuring IFRS compliance Supporting VAT, tax, and transfer pricing activities Working with finance teams across global subsidiaries What We’re Looking ForA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (e.g., from audit, accounting, or controlling) Knowledge of IFRS or Danish Financial Statement Act (or willingness to learn) Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems A proactive mindset, proficient analytical skills, and clear communication Most importantly: curiosity and motivation to learn in an international environment What we offerWe believe people do their best when they thrive — that’s why we focus on development, flexibility, and a supportive team culture.
