Part-time employee for the finance department - are you who we need?
We are looking for a skilled and committed part-time colleague for our finance department at 's head office on Østergade in the heart of Copenhagen. We would like to strengthen the team with another person as soon as possible.
About the job
You will be part of a finance team of five people, where collaboration, structure and good humor go hand in hand. The position is 25 hours per week - and during holiday periods there may be the possibility of extra hours, by agreement. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on project tasks.

About the job

Your primary tasks will include:
- Validation of VAT numbers
- VAT reporting in multiple countries
- Collection of export documentation
- Preparation of credit notes for customers
- Responding to customer inquiries via email
- Inputting and posting customer payments
- Handling of vendor invoices
- Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
- Contribute to tax calculations in countries where is tax registered
Your profile
- You have a relevant economics or accounting education and at least 3-4 years of experience from a similar role
- You work structured, independently and have a solution-oriented approach
- You have a flair for numbers, an eye for detail and take pride in doing things right the first time.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office – and if you know Business Central, that's an added plus
- You speak and understand both Danish and English.
