As a (Senior) FP&A Business Controller,you provide the key analyses that drive our strategy forward. Working closely with our Business Finance Partners, you continuously enhance the quality of reporting and analysis, enabling well-informed, strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and management of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Advise decision-makers on selecting relevant financial and non-financial KPIs, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and procedures
- Contribute to the development and definition of standards for financial planning processes and reporting (e.g., tools and templates)
- Participate in group-wide processes for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting – including the implementation of best-practice standards in management reporting
- Monitor performance and prepare regular management reports for the group and business units
- Provide detailed financial analyses and insights to business partners to support strategic decision-making
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years, 5+ years for the Senior role) in Financial Planning & Analysis – ideally in an international context
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA; experience with EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan) is a plus; Power BI, SQL, and SAP BPC knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of economic interrelations
- Excellent command of Danish and English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
