This position is based at our friendly office in Herning and you will join our Finance Solutions domain. The domain is in charge of providing financial data, financial and regulatory reporting to our member banks, enabling them to make quality decisions and stay compliant.
At , we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Shaun Cassingham
This position offers the opportunity to interact with Danish customers in order to define their needs. Additionally, the team interacts with a lot of other teams in , and you will have stakeholders both internally and externally. It is your responsibility to facilitate the dialogue with all the stakeholders in a professional way.

This position offers the opportunity to interact with Danish customers in order to define their needs. It is your responsibility to facilitate the dialogue with all the stakeholders in a professional way.
Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Clarifying and aligning expectations and needs of our customers in cooperation with your team’s product owner
- Working closely with the developers and technicians on building, implementing and testing the right solutions for financial management and reporting
- Acting as a sparring partner for the business area with your colleagues in the team
- Handling incidents and business support
- Facilitating meetings, presentations and workshops
- Creating and maintaining documentation and user handbooks
- Prioritizing and breaking down features into user stories and defining acceptance criteria with the product owner
To succeed you will have:
- A curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
- A degree in accounting
- Experience from the financial sector as well as knowledge of the end-to-end processes of financial management and reporting in a financial institution
- Worked with or are familiar with Agile Methods
- A collaborative mindset, being a self-driven and responsible team player who works effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization
- Fluency in writing and speaking Danish and English, as handbooks, meetings and communication with our customers are in Danish. Our business language internally is English.
