This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and you will join our Customer Rating & Analytics team (CRA) which is part of the regulatory Reporting Solutions (RS) domain. For almost two decades CRA has developed systems that assist the banks in ensuring compliance through-out their credit journey. This includes Customer Rating data, Customer Accountings and Rating models.
The position as Senior Business Analyst offers a unique opportunity to join us supporting the existing systems and be a part of the next step in our evolution by building a new and converged Overdraft management solution for the community.
The team is co-located in Roskilde, Denmark and Warsaw, Poland. so occasional trips to Poland to meet the team and plan activities may be part of the role. Furthermore, we have customers throughout Denmark which requires occasional travel.

Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Processing business requirements: Transferring business requirements into understandable information for the team, ensuring team deliverables meet the desired value.
- Managing customer expectations: Ensures continuous alignment of expectations between customer needs/problems and possible solutions.
- Solution refinement: Driving solution refinement and ensuring designed solutions deliver measurable value and contributing to planning and estimation processes.
- Solution implementation: Acting as the primary point of contact for driving the implementation of solutions targeted at specific groups, including providing comprehensive implementation support and delivering user education.
- Driving quality assurance: Such as managing planning, executing and following up on test activities together with team and the Quality Assurance coordinator
- Contributing to relevant documentation: Such as handbooks, user guides, business cases, operational information, etc.
To succeed you will:
- Have several years of proven experience as Senior Business analyst in the financial industry.
- A keen interest in mathematical models and credit risk – preferably having a natural science degree
- Be a true team player by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, taking responsibility and actively participating in team activities
- Fluency in English and Danish is required
