Grow our presence in the Polish market for ruminant nutrition
At Vilofoss, part of the Group, we deliver innovative, high-quality solutions in animal nutrition across Europe. We are now looking for an ambitious and independent Sales Representative to develop and strengthen our position in the Polish ruminant market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong commercial skills and knowledge of ruminant nutrition to play a key role in expanding our market footprint and supporting our customers directly in the field.
Location: SCANDAGRA, Żołędowo (near Bydgoszcz), Poland, with flexibility for remote work part of the time.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth with a high focus on the ruminant segment. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong customer portfolio
- Promoting Vilofoss products and services tailored to the needs of the Polish market
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Providing technical support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Nutrition Experts
- Delivering market insights and customer feedback to help shape our commercial strategy
- Reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends
Your Profile
You are commercially minded, self-driven, and thrive on building long-lasting customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the animal nutrition or agri-business sector
- A solid understanding of the ruminant market in Poland
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Animal Science – a Master’s or specialization in Ruminant Nutrition is a plus

Other Requirements
